1. What happens if I violate any of the Terms of use?

Unfortunately, we will have to remove you from our user-list. You will not be able to participate any more.

2. What else should I do before participating?

3. How long do I have to wait before I get a response to my query?

We will respond to your queries within 48 hours.

4. Where do I send in my queries?

5. What happens if I participate in Live sessions with multiple devices?

If we find out that you have been playing from multiple devices, your reward money (from one or multiple sessions) will be immediately forfeited.

6. Can I play with multiple devices?

NO! You can participate in Live sessions with only one device at a time.

7. What is the procedure for claiming my prize money?

We will be sending you a form. You need to fill up the claim form with relevant information and submit it within 3 calendar days. Once we receive the form, we will be making a test transaction of ₹1 to your Paytm/bank account, once you confirm receiving this amount we shall make the final payment.

8. Where will I receive the prize money?

We make payments through Paytm, NEFT and through cheques. In this case, you will have to provide either your (Verified) Paytm number, or bank account details.

9. How soon will I receive my prize money, if I am a winner?

You will receive your payment within 7-10 business days. We have a procedure for payment. Once the formalities are duly taken care of, you will receive the prize money.

10. How do I earn bonus points?

Bonus points are a good way of earning extra points to have an edge above other players. You can get bonus points by referring the game to your friends. For every install and new registration from your referral, you will get 1000 bonus points.

11. I am not able to Log in. What do I do?

Don’t worry! Just refer to the introductory mail we sent to your registered email id. If you search for ‘muqaabla’ in your inbox, you should be able to find this mail. Else, you can opt for the ‘forgot password’ option to change your current password. Remember, you cannot log in without registering first!

12. How do I activate my account?

You need to register on the app first. After putting in a valid email id, phone number and other credentials, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Your account will be active once you submit the OTP sent to your phone.

13. How do I play the game?

Download the app from Google play store, register, and start playing.

14. What points do I score for the different rounds?

For Rounds 1 & 2, you will get 2000 points, and for every wrong answer, 1000 points will be deducted. In the bonus round, right answers will fetch you 4000 points and wrong answers will take away 1000 points.

15. What are the rewards for the top rankers on the Leader board?

At the end of every round, you will be able to check your rank in the game. Once the session is over, the cash money will be distributed equally among the top scorers.

16. Can I play the game from my desktop or laptop?

No, you can only play from a smart phone.

17. Can I earn money by giving right answers?

For Rounds 1 & 2, you will get 2000 points. In the bonus round, right answers will fetch you 4000 points.

18. Are there negative points for wrong answers?

For Rounds 1, 2 and Bouncer, for every wrong answer, 1000 points will be deducted.

19. How many sessions can I play in a day?

20. How many lifelines are there?

You can avail 1 lifeline in the entire game session. This lifeline will decrease your answer options from 4 to 2, to make it easier for you. Remember, you can use your lifeline in only round 1.

21. What happens after I download the app?

You will have to complete your registration and you are good to go! Check the timing for the next live session and start playing.

22. What happens after I have completed my registration?

Every new user, after completion of the registration process, will get 1000 bonus points. However, these points are usable only for that particular session.
